Aquafit

Add water to your workout with a water-based class suitable for any level of fitness. An aquatic workout is a great way to improve aerobic fitness, develop strength and burn fat without the impact, making it easier on muscles and joints. They are especially beneficial for injury rehabilitation, pregnant women, older adults and sports recovery.

Aquafit classes are included in the Multi Membership. Our Classes are for 14 years and over. Price of class includes pool admission.

Aqua GO: A low to medium intensity and fun orientated class ideal for beginners, seniors, pregnant mums and those recovering from injury. Using equipment and light cardio work you will learn aquatic exercise techniques that aim to improve core stability, co-ordination, agility, muscular strength and overall flexibility.

Aqua FIT: A medium to high intensity class incorporating equipment to improve core stability and balance while increasing muscular strength, endurance and overall flexibility.
